I have over fifteen years’ experience, working with upmarket homewares and fashion in multi-channel retail companies. My roles have involved blending brand, creative and data to deliver seamless customer journeys in store and online. Although retail customer journeys’ have changed massively over this period, the ability to to recruit and retain customers is as important as ever. I use database marketing and web analytics as the building blocks to profitably grow a customer database. I develop a continuous culture of ‘test and learn’ in this fast changing retail landscape to improve trading performance and team capability. I am passionate about investing in research and customer insight to drive brand strategy and product development. I have worked primarily in small to medium sized businesses where it is necessary to train and develop small but agile marketing teams.
